At CanDeal, we are proud to continue to advance the Canadian marketplace for our fixed income community of buyside and sellside participants. In 2024, the total volume traded on CanDeal reached a record high $9.7 trillion, a year-over-year increase of 75%. In 2024, the total volume in Corporates (+47% YOY) with client participation having grown by 20% YOY. There are now +1,500 active corporate bonds available to trade. CanDeal Data & Analytics (DNA) was awarded “Best Buy-Side Evaluated Pricing Service” for the second year in a row for our Reference Pricing Service in the WatersTechnology.com Buy-Side Technology Awards 2024. This service provides intraday pricing for 95,000 Canadian fixed income securities. The OSC released the total volume of Term CORRA derivatives traded by Ontario based entities was CAD $5B. We look forward to providing volume information for Term CORRA based loans next year.
